I will make my mother's own Bibimbap. It's very easy to make, but it's very healthy and delicious. You can also make it, too. I will explain how to make it. First, the ingredients are two fried eggs, rice, lots of lettuces(any vegetables), too spoon of Korean hot sauce(it can be just ordinary hot sauce), and 4 spoon of sesame oil. You can change vegetables and hot sauce that suit your taste. Second, mix them together. You can control the amount of the ingredients freely. There is lots of protein, fiber, and omega-3. I recommend it when your very busy, but you want healthy and delicious dish.
