My philosophy in life is a very short and famous idiom : "I can do it, just do it." and "No pain, no gain."
Two sentences are simple but very strong and impressed.
It gives me high self-esteem.
I've always believed that I stand up for myself and become very strong myself.
I strongly believe that the key to high self-esteem is self-confidence.
It measn giving new power to team member around you with belief that I can do it myself.
