I think that there are pros and cons to different types of gatherings. However, I prefer small gatherings because I feel comfortable when participating in them. They allow people to build closer and more sincere relationships. I feel satisfied when I can devote my energy to genuine people and support them. In contrast, I often feel exhausted after attending big celebrations. They lead to wide but superficial relationships. I love deep conversations and calm atmospheres. Nevertheless, big celebrations sometimes offer me vigor and inspiration and encourage me to improve my social skills. In addition, interacting with a wide range of people helps me become more mature and open-minded. I have dreamed of working in international and diverse environments, so it would be really helpful for me to learn how to deal with diverse people from big celebrations. That's why I am trying to appropriately adjust the frequency of participation in both types of gatherings nowadays.
