Well, I think it's a sudden situation.
I've actually had this situation before. If I tell you based on my experience at that time, I think I will ask the team member who is trying to back out why he or she is trying to back out.
If there is a good reason, we will consider whether it is a good reason and respect the opinions of the team members. Also, if there is a personal situation of the team member, I will check if you can consider the situation of the team member and ask about your intention and let the team member participate again. If a team member tries to back out despite these efforts, then I will respect the team member's opinion.
But if you don't understand it and not for a good reason, it's rude to the project itself and to the team members you're working on it, so I won't be giving you a tolerance firmly.
