I would like to say communication makes a successful cabin crew team. If we let each others know the situation, for example any emergency situation or dangerous passenger or complains or needs, we can give a hand and solve the problems less stressfully. It allow us not only achieve exceptional service goal but also we can enjoy doing our duties while on boarding.
