What tasks do you focus on when your schedule gets busy?

When my schedule gets busy, I prioritize my work first. It is divided into two parts. One is that I never leave out the important thing even though I am busy. And the other one is that I check the deadline of the work. First of all, I list things in order from what I need to do quickly to what I can put off later. And I solve them one by one. The important thing here is not to be greedy and to do it perfectly one by one. This is because mistakes occur when multiple tasks are performed at the same time.
