Yes, it does. Some stores or online stores in my cuntry sometimes implement "No return, no exchange". I don't know why they do that. I don't understand. It is uncomfortable to shopping. When i bought some clothes on that store, i was confused why there was "No return, no exchange". I never buy some clothes from that store again.
