i try to not later regret. but sometimes i work mistake something and i regretted. when i was worked, i reported to customer without my senior feedback. because deadline was already. but this was wrong report content. so i recived feedback to customer. so i try to recieve feedback to senior, and i send to report to customer. i think my report is perfect, but sometimes my senior found problem and fault.

I’ve had similar experiences to yours. Sometimes we think the report we’re working on is already fine, but someone else’s perspective can reveal mistakes. That’s why it’s often better to have another person review our work to make sure everything is okay.
