One of the movies that influenced my life is Inside Out1. When this movie was unsealed I was a teenager student in acute puberty. I was undergoing drastic changes of emotions and was in the process of realizing my identity.
Through this movie I was able to understand the need of each feelings, including typical negative emotions such as anger and sadness. I learned that what I have to do in the middle of swirling emotion is not suppressing uncomfortable feelings but embracing each emotions as natural me.
This movie impacted me a lot, because I was immature teenager when I first saw this movie. I think this is one of the starting points that my thought began to be more profound.
Hello, Ms. WooIn! I loved that movie, too! That's real emotional growth. You reflected on how the movie helped you better understand and accept your own feelings, something many people struggle with, even as adults. That emotional honesty is powerful.
