How do workplace expectations differ between older and younger Koreans?

I guess there is expections differ both older and younger . Younger people want to make money fastly but want to work less and they also like to hang out. maybe it is a generation gap and we can't help it.

I totally agree with you! I heard that younger generations nowadays tend to only look for jobs in big companies to earn more, so they keep complaining that there are no opportunities when, in fact, there are small companies with a lot of job opportunities. I also think the goal of working is different, which creates a generation gap.
