To encourage both bard and serena understand each other and not divorce, They should think in others perspective. So one way to do that is bard and serena changing their jobs. So bard can raise children for one day and Serena can go to work for a money for one day. So if they try each other’s job and understand both jobs are hard, they can think both job is valuable and should not ignore.
