Each of people does very different action when they are nervous. I often see nervous people when they need to do presentation. Their voices vibrate and they are stiff. And I usually read the script very fast when I'm nervous. Shifty eyes is another action when I'm nervous. I look the floor and can't see others' eyes. And I make a fake smile.
