I know that the family law has been revised recently. Even unmarried a single mom gives her family name to the child. Also after diverse, a child's family can change from father's to mother's. But in these cases, I have ever seen the children get hurt and feel shameful.

The family civil code revised the law to protect primarily the child.. Nowadays, even an illegitimate child can have rights from the father. If the father is rich, they can get an inheritance from him, and he is considered an heir.
