I usually accept invitations from close friends or family - like birthdsys, weddings, or small get- togethers -especially l mean a lot to them. I accept invitations to social events where I can meet new people, learn something new or simply enjoy meaningful conversations. On the other hand. I tend to decline invitations when I'm not close to the person if I'm feeling overwhelmed or if the event doesn't suit my values or schedule. I typically decline parties or large gathings where there's excessive drinking, loud environments.

Hello, Ms. WooIn! Youre open to fun and new experiences, but not just for the sake of going out. If it doesnt feel right or its too much, youre okay with saying no, and thats actually really healthy. Loud parties and heavy drinking arent for everyone, and its cool that you stick to what feels good for you.
