How important are paid leave days to you when choosing a job?

It is not important to me. In my case, I prefer to have leave days freely rather than being paid it by money. It's not the reason of me to have kid. I belive that It is just my charictor to enjoy break time. I also have low energy. I want to have rest time today, too. So I'm staying in my company after finishing work. Because I don't have enough energy to go home.

I love taking breaks too. I believe breaks are important because they help recharge us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
