Some advice for first-time mothers

I would like to give some advice to first-time mothers. Because at that time, I didn't know how I could take care of my baby and myself. They 're learning something completely new. It's okay to make mistakes, feel overwhelmed, or cry. I'd encourage them to do their best, Skin-to -skin contact, eye contact, talking to your baby : these simple things build love and security. Don't worry about doing everything perfectly. Every baby and mom is different. Don't compare and you are enough.

Hello, Ms. Judy! As a first-time mom, your message really resonates. It feels so comforting to hear that its okay to make mistakes and not have everything figured out. Hearing you are enough means so much, especially when its easy to feel like youre not doing enough. Thank you for sharing such kind and encouraging words.
