I love mornings more than evenings. Originally, I preferred being active in the evening for a long time. The reason why I used to prefer nights was quite simple. During the hot summer, I could avoid the heat and enjoy short walks in the mild evening air. I also loved the night view and peaceful vibe. So I used to find joy in watching people and the scenery during that quiet time when the day came to an end. However, I have come to enjoy mornings more than any other time of day. After spending a long period studying alone indoors, I couldn't get enough sunlight. Hence, I realized that getting up early, solidifying my routine and enjoying bright views is truly helpful for my mental health. For that reason, I'm now trying to devote more time to the morning. Aligning myself with the energy of a bustling city in the early hours makes me feel alive and refreshed - and that’s also the reason why I’ve come to love early mornings.
