Q : How do you reprimand someone who didn’t comply with the company’s policy towards customers or clients? A : As I'm subordinate in the company, I don't have any power to reprimand someone. But if I would be the manager of the company, I would show company's rule book to someone who didn't comply with the company's policy. And, if he don't comply with the company's policy again, I will tell to the superior.

or >> I’m just a subordinate in the company, so I don’t have the authority to reprimand anyone.

But if I would be the manager of the company, I would show company's rule book to someone who didn't comply with the company's policy.
>> But if I were the manager of the company, I would show the company’s rule book to anyone who didn’t comply with company policy.

OR >> If I were the manager, I’d show the company’s rule book to anyone who violated policy.

And, if he don't comply with the company's policy again, I will tell to the superior.

>> And if he doesn’t comply with the company’s policy again, I will tell my superior.

OR >> If he fails to comply again, I’ll report it to my superior.
