Charity is operated many variously progrms though capital. This capital is used to eat free and stay homless shelter for helpful people. But We can't force to donate of person deed. It is just believe Person's moral. In cantrast, I think Company and government have to donate to charity. Goverment have to care about country of whole and company become social company Person and government / company are different.
