I was one of the guest at your hotel from the 1th july to 15th and my room number was 2321

I am writing to report that i have lost my important papers at the hotel.

first of all, I think my papers are on the table, because I was reading papers at the table.
suddenly my colleague who stayed another room called me. so I went out to meet my colleague.
when I came back housekeeper has cleaned my room.at that moment, I didn't realize that
but I realized as soon as when I arrived home.

The paper is that document for contract in 3days later. It is really hard for my company to contract without document

therefore I would be very grateful, if you could send me my paper to the above address as soon as when you find
my address is unit 502, 28king street .
