Dear Sir/Madam

I am one of the people who organised a meeting on the 4th October. I am writing to complain that we were served for lunch during the meeting.

However, There were a few things that the participants liked about the hotel. for example,
Where the meeting was held was quite wide and very fantastic. Moreover, who helped our meeting and served food were very kind. So most participants are saticefied about the hotel service. I also thought like that, Before serving food.

There were people who had a special dietary about prawns.
Obviously, I remember that we had a short meeting about the participant’s dietary.
But, Somehow, They received food including prawn. It was a really terrible accident.

So. I would like to suggest to improve your food,I think you had better when you talk with kitchen departement about customer’s special dietary, It would be help to reduce a accident like this.
