So if they exercise incorrectly, their bones break easily.
And it is hard enough to exercise beacuse they get tired easily.
The solution is to exercise more efficiently than to much.
And it is good to walk for 30 minutes a day.
When they get used to it, they should better to increase their exercise time.
And eating a nutritious meal is also important.
