There is a parable in my country.
It is that a word pays off one's a thousand dollars debts.
Like this, the power of positive words is to open closed mind of the other person, to turn despair into hope, and to give someone a courage.
So we need to tell someone at the proper time the words of love, the words of compliment, the words of cheers and etc.
what someone have said to me have made me sad, but not hurt me.
The most saddest word is "Do as I tell you".
