1. What does mature mean?
>> Mature means when people behave like adults in a way that shows they are well developed emotionally or physically. It's similar to 'older' but not exactly. In my sentence below, the meaning of mature is 'older'. 
>> Example: You look more mature when you don't tie your hair. / You look more mature when you leave your hair down. 

2. It's waste of time when she doesn't propoze to him.
>> It's a waste of time when she doesn't propose to him.
>> or: She's wasting
>> Another example: The meeting was a complete waste of time because we failed to solve the problem.
