I like eating eggs, so I eating eggs sometimes. Eggs are very various, there is a fried, poached, sunny side up, scrambled, hard boiled, omelt, and baked. From among these, I like hard boiled very much, you can think it is crumbly, but I like crumbly thing, this is very delicious!! I don't need special recipes. I just boiled the eggs and prepared a little bit of salt. If the eggs are begining hot, then pick up the eggs, be careful this eggs are very hot. Then take off the peels and dip it in salt. I like eggs so~so much!!

Good evening Maria!

Perhaps you wouldn't believe it but I also love hard boiled eggs. Just like you, I don't like fancy ways of cooking it. However, I love lechec flan, a desert made out of egg yokes.

Eggs are very healthy and if you want to do a diet, it is better than skipping your meal or trying other food.

Thanks for your ideas here on this composition!
