I am one of the staff members who have worked in the reception department.
I am writing to give you information you requested about how to improve reception system.

First of all, I would like to explain what has been made. Two couples visited our hotel 4days ago. At that time, My colleague who works with me treated guests who were American. However, My colleague couldn’t cleary explain to guests about facilities that we have such as pools, medical centers and gyms, Since he can’t speak English well.
Finally, couples complained about our lack of explanation, when they were checking out. as we can see in this occasion, reception department are very important to our hotel. when customer comes into hour hotel at first , we need to show guests our hotel image.

Therefore, I would like to suggest that make a schemes and policies about treating customer. if we introduce it, it can help to improve a sense of responsibility for our reception department staff.
