Many people say Korean likes doing something quickly. Many Korean people hate waiting. (Me too.)
It is the same when we use public transportation. When we feel uncomfortable while we are using public transportation. We must get rid of it. Improving public transportation can be a good election pledge. When I visited Germany 3 years ago, I booked a hotel outside of city. But, I didn't have a way to go to the hotel in the evening. A cab was the way to go to the hotel. As you know, taking a cab is the most expensive public transportation. Many countries have good public transportation system. But, They have time limit.
Before COVID-19, one of my friend spent time with me and he went back home 1 am by a bus.
