These days, apartments price are too expensive to buy, so they rent apartments.
The good thing about living in a rented apartment is that you can get the apartment you want at a low price.
But put it is hard to nail or decorate it the way they want it to.
Also there is disadvantage of having to move two years or to move when rent price increases.
I think if they have enough money, it would be better to buy a apartment.

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
