The cons of exercise may be that we taks the time to exercise, make an effort and sometimes cost money.
Most of people agree to need working out and want to exercise.
But they might feel it is difficult to ptactice regularly, including me.
If we work out regularly, we can be having many advantages for like.
We can enjoy not only physical health but also mental health.
I think if we want an active life, we have to do work out.
