I firmly believe social skill is the utmost quality at work. The necessary is due to collaboration. In most cases, working toward one goal as a team facilitate creativity and increase efficiency. Having an intimate relationship with co-workers is inevitable in growing bonds for cooperation. The formation of relationships could be fulfilled by express ideas freely. This relationship could not achieve it without any social skills. Accordingly, social skills, for instance, being a good listener and open-minded, will be crucial in the workplace.
