4. The woman's problem is that she has very important history paperwork, but electricity became blackout. So, the man suggested to go to library of jefeson's street which is not blackout. But, it is raining outside, it would very uncomfortable. because of lots of burdens. So, he said that she should tell her professor that today is raining and deadline has to be extention, and she said that prfessor already said that there is no extention. I think that she has to do homework today, it's because prf. already said ext. is not available about that paperwork, so firstly, she just gets charge her computer in lib. and then com back home and do her p.p work.
