These days, there are many fitness programs such as applications that I can choose. I choose two categories that I think ideal programs.
The first thing is a kind of exercise diary that has many functions to help users who want to be more healthy. Main functions are recording doing like eating, working, drinking, and so on. Furthermore, if a user gets a no-free membership, she/he can get feedback from a fitness coach. I think that function is very useful and helpful for users to make regularly good habits.
The second thing is an exercise video that has yoga, stretching and muscling, and so on. This function has some special things like making a customizing to fit by user's condition such as counting and speed. I think that function is getting more fit my body condition.
