If people have a job, they spend most of their time at work. This is very important point, when we discuss about job satisfaction because it would be really hard for people to do their duty without job satisfaction. The relationship with their colleagues is also important due to same reason above. Of course, we can't be hired where we want to be, that's why we must try to find what I like, what I can be good at and so on before getting a job. I think people can be depressed, stressed and bored if they don't satisfy with their job. So, if I am working with less job satisfaction, I always think quitting a job and take the letter of resignation in my pocket even though I will not submit it. I guess that job satisfaction should be the first thing which people have to consider when they get a job. I know that it is almost impossible to find my talent before being adults. Therefore, schools and various organizations in the country have to invent the tools for it and provide proper ways t
