Should there be a limit on how many children there should be in a family?
-> I think if there is no special situtation such as low birth rate, we don't have to make any limit about children number in one family.
Because if there are limit about children number in one family, it can cause some problems about the human rights.
Ex) some people didn't want to get children but the gorverment told them to get some children, and it can be problem.
Another ex) some people are poor because of getting lots of children, and it can be another problem about human rights too.
So I think its better to be no limit about children number in one family, if there are no problem about population.
