This proverb means that you have to prepare for some things in case of difficult situations.
If we are an athlete, we have to exercise hard every day in case of Olympics.
Also, if we go to abroad as an exchange student, we should study that country¡¯s language.
If we are prepared, we can endure under any difficult circumstances.
For example, one of my friends forgot to prepare for clock on the day of SAT test.
Even though he couldn¡¯t check the time, he got a good score because he had taken a test without a clock in case of the worst situation.
On the other hand, when I was in Japan, I had trouble adjusting the language because I hadn¡¯t studied Japanese hard.
In conclusion, the proverb means only a prepared person can seize an opportunity under any difficult circumstances.
(I have to start my work from Thursday. So, after I work this week, If I think I can take this class while working, I will apply again that time. Sorry for not reapplying now. Thank you for teaching me!)
