I think the experiences when they are childeren before they go to school and the experiences when they are teenagers both are important.
When children before they go to school, many experiences make them increase creativity.
But when they adult, they can't remember. But they will remain in their's heart.
On the contrary, the experiences they are teenagers, it can help them to choose their job.
Therefore both are important.
