English fluency is very significant for me for two reasons.
One is to communicate with foreign customers smoothly. I often speak with them to understand what they say and what they need
to report them to my boss and to satisfy their needs. It is basic skill for my work.
However, it is not easy for me to understand when natives speak in English quickly. I am very shy and embarrassed when my colleauges figured out what I didn't understand it well.
Another reason is that my poor English skill causes my confidence down. It influences on my private life and feeling.

In conclusion, I should improve my English skill fluently to make my work ability better and to enhance my confidence.
