I think 8,000~9,000won is the typical price for eating out of 1 portion. Also, 8,000~9,000 won is 7~9 dallors. If I don't be in a hurry and the restaurant looks very busy, I can wait maximum 30 minutes to get served. And, I will ask a server about how long should I wait when my waiting time is getting close to 15 minutes. But if the restaurant doesn't look busy and it takes long time to get my food, I would wait only 15 minutes. I think the time that I can wait depends on the restaurant's busyness and my schedule.

I like eating out too and Delivery food because I'm a working person and I don't have time to cook. In the Philippines, once seated, it should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes before a server acknowledges you. Once your order is placed, it shouldn't take more than 10 to 15 minutes for your beverages and no more than 20 minutes for your food. Of course, all this varies depending on how busy the restaurant is. About 30 minutes to one hour. Enjoy eating.
