Do you think it's important to get physical education in school? Why or why not?

It is important to get physical eduction in school.
In our country, most of studedents sit for a long period for studying.
Thay why it needs to do excerise of physical education once a week
When I was in school, i don't like physical eduction because it was boring and tried me.
If i think about it again, it makes my body healthy.
Physical eduction shoul be a requried part of class
