The benefits of hiking is that you can see many natural environments. In addition, hiking can take away a lot of stress. Just looking at the sea it's like a mountain seems to be an open place. Last time I went with my family on the mountain, it was full of trees, but it felt very fresh. I learned in science class that trees do photosynthesis, absorbs carbon dioxide and exhales oxygen, so this is why hiking also has the benefits of making people feel good.
