I always try to evaluate the pros and cons every time before making a final decision. However, I sometimes become too emotional and make a radical decision. Alongside this, I prioritize physical and metal difficultness first than any other shortcomings, so these features matter to me most when making the final decision. When I resigned from a previous job, I knew that it would be difficult to get a new permanent position due to the pandemic. But I quitted because there are many things that I had to give up while working. For example, the emotional struggle that I had to experience as part of the customer service team was severe. Due to the industry characteristics, many clients were strained and angry. They usually swore a lot and randomly called me stupid. I wanted to move to a back-office job where I could face clients less time.
