However, if a pay cut is made for unclear reasons, I will try to get the explanation for the reasons and report to the Ministry of Employment and Labor if the salary cut is unfair. Since salary cuts without written consent from employer and employees are against Korean labor law, I will fight for legitimacy rather than quitting the company on impulse.
