Yes, I've seen someone run out in a meeting. It was my boss at my first company, and he "walked out" with anger toward my team members who disagreed with him. He calmed down and apologized for his hasty actions at the meeting that happened tomorrow, but people perceived him as a hot-tempered boss who was prone to anger. I think what is important at work is to exclude my personal feelings as much as possible and consider only the importance of the issue or the impact of decisions.
