I think the most valuable thing is health. I had a hard time during last week. I was sick and so scared. during sick, I didn't do anything. I just wanted to be healed. now I feel better than last week and I appreciate my daily life. I think there's nothing important than health.

Yes, you had a really hard time last week. Good thing you're already okay. :)

As well as being useful, our possessions represent our extended selves. They provide a sense of past and tell us “who we are, where we have come from and perhaps where we are going.

PS: Kindly analyze the question more carefully. The question was about "things" so it can be anything like a book or clothes  etc. that you are willing to give away.
