I think that we can develop our good habit with doing something good often. Because we have bad habit from doing something wrong many times. For example, if you want to have a habit that you wash your had often. Then you have to wash you hand often or you have to think about it every time. Or you can memo things and you will notice that you have to wash your hand right now. I usually do the thing many times what I want to be get used to.
