To be happy for people, many needs have to be satisfied. There exist basic needs like clothes, house and food and high needs like social recognition. But regardless of these needs satisfaction, I think there is another thing to do to be happy. It is to go outside.
We don¡¯t have to do something in outside. We can just walk around a park. It makes feel comfortable to go outside, breathe fresh air and look around.
I usually felt depression when I stayed in home long time because of covid-19. To cut a chain of depression and lethargy, I went outside and walked around the park for an 1 hour. As I had time to go outside, I could change my mood and depression disappeared. Based on my experience, people should make time to go outside to be happy.
