I’m fear floods. because fire is leave ash, but water is nothings leave and water have not how to fill with water. fire is there’s a way to put out a fire. for example, we can spray water or soil using helicopters.

People fear natural disasters because they are disastrous. People's lives and safety are put in danger. Habitats, homes and property are destroyed. Most people would prefer the life (and everything that goes with it) that they live now to life (or lack thereof) that would follow a natural disaster.
