I want to be an English teacher, so I have to have professional English skills to achieve it. If I can’t speak English fluently, I cannot also teach students well. When I was in a middle and high school, students evaluated teacher’s qualification. After that, if they judged a teacher is not good at English, they didn’t concentrate on a class. As this experience, English fluency is so crucial for me. I don’t want to be ignored by students.
In addition, I hope I have a confidence when I speak English. I’m not confidence and I’m very nervous when I speak or present in front of many people. I’m sometimes wondering if I were good at English, I will not be afraid of speaking English. English fluency is important to have a confidence for me.
In short, English fluency is a way to be recognized and to be more confident. As these reasons, English fluency is crucial for me.
