With an increase in the number of privately owned vehicles, roads are becoming more congested. What measures could both government and individuals take to deal with this situation? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Most of people have two car in a holdhouse becaue of more double income couple.
To reduce traffic jam, each compnay and public institutions are being implemented a double shift.
For example, if their car number is in odd number that they can drive a car. But this is not mandatory.
I think that we should try to take their car when they really need them.
