But if the mistake is followed like scarlet letters, the candidates will not be able to make a bigger leap forward. ‘No reference policy’ seems to start here. This is the company's effort to prevent applicants from being disadvantaged by past mistakes or bad experiences, and to recruit more potential applicants. I think this policy would be quite useful in some industries. For example, companies that require special creativity and potential, such as the media and IT industries, will find these policies very useful. However, if these policies are employed in such places as accounting or law firms, problems may arise. This is because past mistakes in these types of jobs can lead to future mistakes.
